The replacement of electronic board(s) in a Pasan HighLIGHt e-load requires updating the low level software of
the system. This procedure describes how to create a new .idt file and how to set the address of the different
functions. It takes about 10 minutes.

1. Turn OFF the eload

2. Go to the ProlLIGHT directory. It should be :
C:\Pasan\HighLIGHT-x.x.x or C:\Pasan\SpotLIGHT-x.x.x

3. Delete the file Ccsmch.idt

4. Turn ON the e-load

5. Double click on HwTestUI.exe.

6. Click on Unlock Editing

7. Press Connect

8. Press Initialize.idt

9. Press Disconnect

10. Press Connect

11. Press Functions. A new pop up window is then displayed; it’s the function manager window.

11. bis If for any reasons, it does not work, you can double click on each box, on the active column to toggle all values to active state.

12. Press Service

13. Press Set Addresses. All rows in the active column should be toggled from “Inactive” to “Active”.

14. Once all values, in active column, are active, press save.

15. Press Service.

16. Close the function manager window.

17. Press Disconnect.

18. Press Lock editing.
